Level 4 Licentiateship in Youth Leadership & Training
The Level 4 Licentiateship in Youth Leadership & Training is a way of getting a qualification for your professional and technical expertise within the Cadet Forces.

The qualification is equivalent to a foundation degree, and you’ll be able to use the letters LCGI after your name (it stands for Licentiate City & Guilds Institute).

To gain the qualification you’ll have to write some reports based on your experience, with the input of your CO/OC.
