Level 6 Graduateship in Youth Leadership & Training
The Level 6 Graduateship in Youth Leadership & Training is a great way for your professional and technical expertise within the Cadet Forces to be formally recognised.
The qualification is equivalent to a honours degree, and you’ll be able to use the letters GCGI after your name (it stands for Graduate City & Guilds Institute).
To gain the qualification you’ll have to write some reports based on your experience, with the input of your CO/OC.
Can I apply?
You can apply if you’ve been:
An adult instructor in the Cadet Forces for at least ten years, you hold a commission or have been a Staff Sergeant, Flight Sergeant or CPO
