Welcome to CVQO

CVQO (Cadet Vocational Qualification Organisation) is a registered charity responsible for managing Vocational Qualifications for members of the Combined Cadet Force, Sea Cadet Corps, Army Cadet Force and Air Training Corps.

CVQO is dedicated to helping both cadets and instructors of the Cadet Forces get ahead personally and professionally. The qualifications on offer have been designed to show employers and educators the wide range of skills that young people and adults learn in the Cadet Forces.

Cadet Corporal Claire Reeves, of 1237 (North Hykeham) Sqn Air Training Corps was recently presented with her BTEC First Diploma in Public Services by the Bishop of Grantham, the Right Revd. Timothy Ellis.

Claire was congratulated on gaining a Distinction Star, the highest grade possible for the BTEC qualification.

The Bishop was visiting at the invitation of the Commanding Officer and Honorary Chaplain, to see the work carried out by the Sqn on a routine Parade night.

Claire is soon to enter the Royal Air Force at Cranwell. Her ambition is to rise to a higher rank than her father, who has recently retired from the RAF.
