There are three main forms of feedback by CVQO of a cadet's progress:

Marker's Feedback.
When a Marker assesses a submitted Workbook, a Feedback form is completed and sent to the cadet's recorded VQ Officer (or Bandmaster where known for Music Workbooks). Units are requested to forward this Feedback to the cadet, who then has the opportunity to re-submit their work if appropriate to try to achieve Criteria which they have not achieved peviously.

CVQO Online.
CVQO Online allows registered VQ Officers to see the progress of their cadets through their award . Where a link has been established between CCF, SCC or ACF cadets record on the “Westminster” database and their record on CVQO’s database then CVQO Online also displays a cadets “Westminster” ID Number, and whether the cadet is recorded as having been discharged as a cadet on “Westminster.

Feedback letter to cadets.
CVQO is required by our awarding body to communicate progress directly to our learners. A copy of any such letter will be sent to a cadet's Unit.
