Several of CVQO’s patrons were present at CVQO head office, Frimley, this week to find out more about the opportunities offered by the charity to young people and instructors of the cadet forces.

 28 Squadrons from Central and East Yorkshire Wing ATC came together recently at RAF Linton-on-Ouse, near York, to hold their annual Wing Training Day. Around 550 cadets were on parade for the Inspection by the then Air Commodore, Ian Stewart.

London cadets Harmeet Nijjar, Alex Dutch and Kerry Szmidt, who have all gained diplomas through CVQO, were among the guests at The House of Commons Speaker’s reception on Monday 12th July to celebrate Cadet 150. 

CVQO Regional Operations Manager Lynne Davies completed the Race for Life recently, finishing in 43 minutes and 38 seconds. Lynne raised a total of £150, with the help of her CVQO colleagues.
