The UK’s top cadets have been praised as outstanding ambassadors for their generation. Five cadets received prizes at the Duke of Westminster Award Ceremony luncheon yesterday at the Royal Air Force Club in London.

On Armed Forces Day, Saturday 26 June a Service of Tribute to HM Armed Forces will be held within the walls of the Armed Forces Memorial at the National Memorial Arboretum in Staffordshire.

School teacher and Army Cadet Force volunteer Glyn Potts, of Our Lady’s School, Royton (Oldham) in Manchester, headed to the Guild of Educators Awards in London to receive a prestigious award for his achievements in further/higher education.

BTEC First Diplomas in Public Services were among the awards presented recently at a ceremony held at South East Sector ACF HQ in Blackheath.
